Overview
Easy WebP is a completely offline macOS application. We do not collect, transmit, or sell your images. All conversion happens locally on your Mac.
Data We Collect
None. We do not collect personal data, usage analytics, telemetry, or any other information through the app. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no tracking pixels.
Network Access
Easy WebP does not require an internet connection and does not upload your files anywhere. The app is fully sandboxed and only has access to files you explicitly drag and drop or select.
Crash Reports
Easy WebP does not collect crash reports itself. Apple may share crash reports with us if you enable diagnostic sharing with app developers.
Open-Source Software
Easy WebP uses Google’s open-source libwebp library to encode WebP images. It runs locally on your Mac and does not send data to Google or other servers.
Your Rights
Since we don't collect any data, there's nothing to delete, export, or correct. Your privacy is protected by design, not just by policy.
